Return & Refund Policy
At Lilly & Vera, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
All approved returns are eligible for refund or store credit only.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused
- Tags attached
- In the original packaging where possible, or pack yourself
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please confirm you ordered from Lilly & Vera in West Jordan, UT and then contact us at:
lillyveraut@gmail.com with your order number, email used to order, and first and last name.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, Lilly & Vera will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
A flat $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued for approved returns.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Lilly & Vera will cover the cost of return shipping.
Store Credit Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days, minus the $5.95 return shipping fee (if applicable).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at lillyveraut@gmail.com.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Custom or personalized products
- Pierced jewelry
- Beauty or personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Gift cards
If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined above, including being unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
