Shipping Policy

At Lilly & Vera, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping rates and delivery speeds are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

Customers can choose their preferred shipping option during checkout. Delivery timelines will vary depending on the shipping carrier and service selected.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of Lilly & Vera’s control.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current state and local tax regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Lilly & Vera is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at lillyveraut@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lilly & Vera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lillyveraut@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delays can sometimes occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lilly & Vera is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, Lilly & Vera primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
